Upon receiving my BA in Anthropology and Sociology, I moved to London at the age of 22. I lived there for 30 years and this experience developed me as a person: career wise, culturally and socially. Since the early 90s, I have been a self-employed wellness practitioner: a massage therapist since 1993 and a certified Reflexologist since 1994, plus a whole foods chef since my 20s.
I returned to America in 2010, trained in EFT and built Orlando Reflexology, a thriving wellness practice with EFT and Reflexology as my main focus for supporting physiological and emotional change. I have worked as an agent of deeply sustained change with thousands of clients and it has been my honor to have played a part in people’s transformation into their fuller selves.
I recently moved to Detroit, Michigan and have been openly welcomed into the holistic community for which I am very grateful. My practice is mainly remote since Covid and I work with clients all over the States and the U.K. I find remote EFT absolutely as effective as in person if not even more so!!!
I am passionate about supporting your change. I do so by being 100% present. I hold your time as sacred. I see your desire for growth as my sole/soul job. I am non-judgmental, open, and believe in the power of my work. I do not mess about, EFT work is very fast, there is no fluff, you don’t want that and neither do I. I have worked with 10 to 93 year olds with EFT, I have worked with cleaners, Vietnam Vets, athletes, stay at home moms, business owners and multi-millionaires. The common denominator has always been the desire for lasting change: EFT facilitates that at warp speed. I have seen and heard changes from hundreds of clients that absolutely defy gravity.
EFT is very organic, creative, and beautiful. As we work and build trust in the process, we can delve deeper and wider into your life and clear anything that stands in your way to being 100% Your True Self. I am extremely confident in our ability to achieve amazing results.
If what is written above from my heart resonates with you in any way, then be in touch. We might be a great team. I would love to talk to you about us working together.
